One of the things that I love about my three-pillar business plan is that it allows a lot of flexibility and room for personal style instead of trying to make everyone conform to one way of doing things. But in addition to that flexible plan, there are some “must-do’s” that every Real Estate agent needs to include for maximum success in their business.
